2nd day of school writing
A lot happens on the first day of school. Their little minds are jam packed with new rules, faces, names, activities . . . so much to take in. Here is a cute second day of school activity to review everything that happened on the first day of school. Click the pic to download.

All about penguins

Here are some of the pages from our penguin books. This was in Deanna Jump’s penguin unit on TPT. We ran out of time so we glued our Pink penguins on the cover instead of making new penguins.
Our tree map helped the kids write their penguin books.
Tacky also helped. Here we labeled the parts of a penguin. Later on we used adjectives to describe Tacky.
